This has given me a whole new perspective on Jeffree Star. I love the track of his that was chosen to go onto the warped Tour 2009 compilation: Prisoner (I also dig the Westbound Train track, "Come and Get It". It's brilliant and fun and perfect for summer).
But, yeah, its a great dance track. There have been a bunch of those so far this summer. Cobra Starship's "Good Girls Go Bad", Little Boots's "New In Town", a good portion of the new Black Eyed Peas album, and now this.
Me like.
I think I've finally magically adjusted to the time zone again, weirdly enough. It was like, one day I'm going to bed at 6pm and waking up before 4 in the morning and the poof! going to bed at midnight and waking up at 9am. Except that now, when I get in bad, I'm so cripplingly tired that I can't read or anything, I just zzzzzz.....
In other news, I've definitely decided that I want a tattoo. At least one, anyway. Not like a sleeve of them or anything, but I definitely want a little blue theatre star and a heart made up of a treble clef and a bass clef intertwined...and maybe something else, who knows?
Also, I have a new, neverending love for Veronica Mars. And I seriously don't understand why it was ever cancelled...although maybe I should make it to season 3 before I ask questions...but then again, according to Wikipedia (very reliable source, I know), their number of viewers didnt drastically fall between seasons 1 & 3. Sure, the season premieres always garnered top marks, but it wasnt like they started off with 5 million viewers and lost popularity until the same 500,000 hardcore fans were the only ones coming back.
Whatever, and then some of those crap shows on mtv and vh1 never die. Where is the justice?
